Benefits to Buying Nutritional Supplements Locally
We get it – online ordering may be, or seem to be, the most convenient when it comes to purchasing your supplements. But after the years we’ve spent in the fitness and nutritional supplements space, we’ve noticed a few key differences between buying supplements locally versus through large online retailers.
Buying Locally Means a Trusted Product
When you buy your supplements from a store like NutriSport & Smoothie in Marion, Iowa, you can trust that the formula for the products is 100% true to that brand and product. All of our shipments come directly from the source through trusted partnerships and relationships. Whenever we have a new product or brand available, you know that it has been reviewed and tested by our team, and any questions we have had have been answered directly by a brand representative.
If you’re buying it online, you need to do your due diligence, especially if you’re not purchasing it through the brand itself. Cheaper doesn’t always mean a better deal, and the distribution truly matters when you want to ensure it’s the exact product you’re expecting.
Special Orders Are Possible at the Local Level
NutriSport & Smoothie in Marion can special order for you! Remember those relationships we mentioned? When there’s something specific you need or you HAVE to have a certain flavor, we’re always happy to help.
In many instances, we can even order items in bulk so you have extras of your favorite on-hand. Yes, even for seasonal items or specialty flavors. If you know you’ll need a case of Alani Nu Witches Brew in the fall, place an order with us for a case that’ll last.
Personal Supplement Recommendations and Information
If the fitness and nutritional supplement space has ever seemed intimidating, let’s put that to rest now. Our goal is to support all customers based on their personal needs, preferences, and goals. The truth is, everyone’s health and wellness journey looks different, and when you visit locally, we can help guide you. That includes sharing personal recommendations on different supplements and explaining how they’re used or what they’re best for. A Google search might seem overwhelming with information, but working with our team in-person reduces the noise and narrows the focus to the supplements best suited for what you need.
You’re Supporting Local
Purchasing your nutritional supplements at a store like NutriSport & Smoothie in Marion means supporting a local, family-owned business. It makes a real difference for us and the entire local team.
Convenience doesn’t outweigh quality, relationships, and personal support. The next time you stop by the NutriSport & Smoothie store in Marion, Iowa, we hope you’ll consider the benefits to purchasing your nutritional supplements locally versus a large online retailer. We’ll be your one-stop-shop for health and wellness products, food that fuels you, and nutrient-packed smoothies.
