A. A sunny day on spring break and a bowl of berries for a refreshing snack.
B. Poolside sipping mocktails and pretending they were the real thing.
C. Early morning practice or training, seven days a week.
D. Remember when we all used to go to the movie theater and get our favorite candy? Those were the days…
Your favorite sport to casually play with friends is:
A. Not me… you’ll catch me on a long walk or solo run but can’t say my group activities include team sports anymore.
B. Pickleball, of course! Did you know there’s a setting in most fitness watches for pickleball?
C. Hear me out – our softball (or kickball) team wins our league every year.
D. Sand volleyball. Every Wednesday, you know where to find me.
Every summer, the thing you look forward to most is:
A. The 4th of July! It’s one of my favorite holidays. The food, the drinks, fireworks, and great company.
B. Summer vacation. I have to have at least one getaway planned every year.
C. Can’t beat a good workout followed by a great day at the pool.
D. Lake days all the way. Get me to the boat as soon as possible every summer.
The most important meal of the day, to you, is:
A. The classic breakfast. I’m not my best without a healthy, nutritious start to the day.
B. Lunch! A healthy salad, bowl, or wrap midday is *chef’s kiss* for the rest of the day.
C. Does coffee count? I know they say you shouldn’t, but I can’t get going without some caffeine.
D. Dessert, and I’m not sorry about it. But, I do try to find healthier ways to satisfy my sweet tooth.
